We do wrap all of the Glass Amber Bottles with bubble wrap and stuff the shipping boxes with packing peanuts. Once the orders have been sent into the mailing system, handling of the packages is out of our control! Occasionally, shipping damage will occur to packages in transit. Please refuse or mail any order in its entirety that has visible damage back to us. Once the returned order is received we will gladly issue a refund or replacement. Please do email us to inform us of the situation reguarding the shipping damage.
