Stress Relief Bath Blend

3 drops Bergamot Oil
Soak away anxiety and stress with this bath. The most relaxing baths are warm, not hot! Hot water shocks the system, causing muscles to contract. Warm water calms you by increasing circultion and relaxing the muscles. Do not use the Stree Relief Bath Blend if you are astmatic or pregnant.
2 drops Clary Sage Oil
2 drops Sandalwood Oil
2 drops Nerouli Oil
2 drops Lavender Oil



 

Sleep Soundly Bath Blend

3 drops Marjoram Wild Oil
To quiet the mind and body in preparation for sleep, try this blend. Do not use the Sleep Soundly Bath Blend if you are astmatic or pregnant.
2 drops Lavender Oil
2 drops Sandalwood Oil
1 drops Ylang Ylang Oil



 

Revitalization Bath Blend

3 drops Rosemary Oil
To wake up in the morning, refresh you after a hard day's work, or before an evening out, this bath gives vitality to the physical body. Do not use the Revitalization Bath Blend if you are astmatic or pregnant.
2 drops Peppermint Oil
2 drops Thyme Oil
2 drops Bergamot Oil



 

Bath Bomb's

2 Cups Baking Soda

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine the oil, water and fragrance in a jar, cover and shake well. Mix the liquid ingreadients into the dry ingreadients with you hand slowly not to make the mixture foam up. Pack firmly intio molds, then slap them into a clean surface. When the Bath Bombs have dried and are hard to toutch, lift them onto a cake rack and allow to dry completely before packaging.

 

1 Cup Corn Starch
1/4 th Cup Dead Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Citric Acid
2 oz Witch Hazel
1/4th Cup Sweet Alomd Oil
5 ML Essential Oil

Tips:


Add a tablespoon of dried herbs to add a visual interest to the baombs. If you wish to add color to the Bath Bombs dilute the coloring into the Witch Hazel for tinting the Boombs.

The finer the grade of Sea Salt, the finer the transfer to details from the molds to the Bath Bombs.
